This is to introduce our new activity called Doctor Molly Says....
We will be updating you on products and ideas that Dr. Molly has researched to help you find your way through the many ideas about food and nutrition, therapies, simple home remedies, and basic family questions.
I invite you to join me with your questions and with your own information gathering and activism as we work together on this project.
Here is how it started. About 2 years ago I started to call or email different companies to ask them about their products and their labeling. I ask any sort of question that would fit their product. I have a conversation with them. I tell them that I like their product and I want to know more about it. I have found out some interesting things and now I would like to publish them as I find them out. AND, I want to tell the companies that I am publishing it under Doctor Molly Says...which I hope will become a logo that I can put on products that I feel comfortable supporting and I leave the rest up to you. If you have information you would like to share, please let me know. If you want to call companies you can tell them that you are calling on behalf of Doctor Molly Says...and refer them to our website. I want to see a grassroots project where we compile information that goes beyond the packaging by creating a relationship with the producer and asking them what they do and why they do it. And we get the chance to give them our best wishes for the kind of food we want to eat.
Will you help out? Let me know by email or by posting your findings on the blog. The rules are that you have to use only courteous and kind language. You are creating a relationship with these companies so we are building cooperation, the blog entries should reflect that impulse for sure.
Who I have called or emailed so far (off the top of my head)
