Dear Friends,

Summer is drawing to an end and the Health Center Garden is in need of some hands to dig, weed and spruce things up for the Open House and Retreat in September.  Please contact us at rshc@steinerhealth.org for putting in a few hours to help out and fulfill your volunteer pledge!

This Wednesday at  there is a showing of a documentary on the vaccination issue at the Michigan Theater.  There will be a panel discussion afterwards so please bring out the community to reflect on this very current issue. Dr. Quentin and Dr. Molly will be part of the panel.  Michigan is one of the few remaining states where parents can decide which vaccinations they would like for their children and when.  It is a privilege to have this right and we all need to be educated to use it properly.

If you are able, please add your comment to the list of over 4000 to the FDA regarding a proposal to regulate homeopathics, as drugs it seems.  The process is available on the Federal Register by working through the website and writing out your comments electronically. www.federalregister.gov

Just to let everyone know, Dr. Molly will be out of the office from 8/17-8/29 and Dr. Quentin will be covering during that time.  Acute appts will be available with him for any issues that can't wait until she is back.

Fasting Weekend is scheduled for Oct 23-25 at the Health Center, please check our website for registration or call the office, 734-222-1491.

Our next Life Force Intensive Retreat will be Sept 14-26th.  Early Registration discount of 10% applicable until 8/14 which is this Friday.
